Bloom Mirror Bowl, Small

The gentle curves of the Bloom mirror bowl were originally inspired by the natural forms of cherry blossom petals. Translated into stainless steel, these become a bowl of deceptive simplicity where the sculptural form and dazzling surface require no extra embellishment. Helle Damkjær’s travels to Japan lead to her designing the series of Bloom bowls, dishes and spoons for Georg Jensen. The results are a winning combination of natural shapes, Scandinavian minimalism and superb craftsmanship.
